The kitchen/dining room runs the length of one side, equipped for proper cooking with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and wine cooler alongside the usual basics. A utility room handles laundry, and there's a separate toilet for convenience.

Upstairs, four bedrooms sleep seven: a kingsize with ensuite containing a spa bath and double shower, two doubles, and a single. The main family bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate cubicle shower. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; initial logs for the burners are provided too. The house is non-smoking throughout.

Outside, a private hot tub fits five people, and the enclosed garden has a firepit and seating area. Parking accommodates three cars.
