Where do i start?. What an amazing place this is. From the welcome to leaving, Claire and her husband made us so welcome. The Alpacas greeted us too . Funny little characters aling with the chickens and the greese. The Shepherds hut Daisy is warm, spacious, clean, comfy especially the bed. Electrics, a heater if it gets chilly and that fire warms the room in 5 mins .SHowers amazing. A full experience of a changing room with a shower with shower creams/gels then toilets sinks with hairdryer and straightners in both mens and womens . There is ladies supplies too. Nothing has been missed out. kitchen area OMG, home from home. Cannot fault it from a welcome pack with biscuits and travel mugs for the walks, there is a fridge freezer for 2 huts each so share half and half . Tea coffe sugar, pans cooker, kettle plates bowls etc , nothing missrd out. Real value for money and the last thing no money can buy, the peace and quiet. If you can drag yourself away , Betws y coed centre is 12-15mins in car 8 mile. So easy, with petrol station so get fueled up as there are not many around and lots of eateries, pubs and walks. Highly Recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay in North Wales with Claire being an incredible host! Loved our little chats and advice on surrounding areas. We had the mountain room, on a clear day you can see the Snowdon peak from the room on the horizon! Room is very clean and well equipped, it served us well as a base for exploring the area. The house is kinda in the middle of nowhere, but that's exactly what we wanted coming from London. My wife loved the Alpacas and petting them, managed some selfies with the boys! Highly recommending the local pub as well, only 7min walk. Snowdon was 40min drive for those interested. We were also impressed with the breakfast; lovely choice, local products and so much care taken in everything that was served to us. Thank you Claire!

🇺🇦We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. There is a real sense of home comfort here — a very cozy and warm atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious. We would also like to highlight the staff — extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. A lovely bonus — the alpacas, which add a special charm and make the stay even more memorable 😊 We definitely recommend this place.

We came as guests and felt like leaving as friends, wonderful couple of days, thank you Clare for a wonderful day yesterday. Hopefully we will get to meet Nigel on one of our next visits, the boys are a dream come true.
