Sea View Caravan

Photo: Stuart

Holywell's position on the Conwy coast puts you steps from the beach. Sea View Caravan is a single-storey property sleeping six across three bedrooms, with one bathroom and a separate toilet. Ground-floor layout means everything is on one level: an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space, and bedrooms arranged around a central layout. There's a patio area and private parking for one car.

The kitchen has a gas hob and oven for cooking proper meals. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite, while bedrooms two and three each have two single beds. Electricity and bed linen are provided, and gas heating covers the colder months. Smoking is not permitted. The Amber Coffee House is nearby, and pubs are within a mile; the beach itself is the immediate draw, though if you venture further, Prestatyn and Rhyl are accessible for shops and seaside attractions.

Beautiful area. Our visit did not start off too well as our 'clean' caravan had a blocked drain in the shower resulting in about 2 inches of dirty water in the shower tray. The bathroom window frame was warped meaning that the window couldn't be closed and we had the wrong key meaning we were stuck in the van until this could be sorted. The area that our van was in was full of noisy seagulls, they sounded like elephants on the roof and would squak for most of the night, making sleeping difficult, whereas other areas seemed clear of them. The park itself was lovely and had good eating places and lots of activities and was in a great location for other places.

I stayed here the camp lovely and quiet the views during day and night amazing this a great place to relax. really nice to sit and just look at view on balcony. The bad points rented a caravan for a week through hoseasons it was very un clean hairs in the bed clothes. stains in the toilet lack of equipment 4 plates 3 bowls for a family of 5 none of cutlery match. then the electric run out had to ring for top up and there free phone did not work. I will come back but will try to rent of one of the private vans there.
