Families and small groups will find Mark works well as a self-contained base. The caravan holds three bedrooms—one double, two twin—and a single bathroom, all on one level. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and lounge in one area, with Freeview TV, a gas cooker and microwave for cooking, and a shower room off to one side. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; there's no smoking inside.

The location is the draw. Golden Sands Holiday Park sits close enough to walk to the beach—Prestatyn's coastline is within a mile—and the town itself has the usual seaside shops, cafés and amusements. The Clwydian Range lies inland if you want to venture away from the shore for countryside views and walking. Arrival is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
