You arrive at Ty Capel through a front garden with sitting space and pull into private parking. Two steps lead to the entrance. Inside, the living room has a woodburner, Smart TV and comfortable seating—the kind of room where a fire becomes the evening's focal point. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, meaning you can cook proper meals rather than rely on takeaways. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower over.

The cottage sits in countryside within the Conwy Valley, surrounded by rolling hills and farmland. A country lane runs to the front. The pub is within a mile. One dog stays free. The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included, as is fuel for the woodburner. Note there are steps in the garden as well as at the entrance. Smoking is not permitted.
