North Cornwall's rugged landscape surrounds this detached bungalow, positioned within the grounds of Camelford Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite. Tintagel lies a few miles away, its castle perched on the clifftop. The South-West Coastal Path runs through the region, and smaller fishing villages dot the coastline nearby. Inland, Bodmin Moor stretches across the countryside with its granite tors, while the Camel Trail—an 18-mile cycle and walking route—follows a disused railway line through the area.
The bungalow sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: two with kingsize beds (one has its own ensuite shower room), one with twin single beds, and one with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms serve the property, along with a separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen and dining room are equipped for self-catering, and a living room with an electric wood burner provides a gathering space. Bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity are included. A lawned garden with furniture sits privately around the back, and there is parking for two cars on site.
One well-behaved pet stays free. The property is non-smoking. A shop lies three-quarters of a mile away, with a pub and restaurant within a mile. This works well for larger groups wanting a base to explore both the coast and the moor, without the intensity of a busy holiday town.
