What visitors say
Had an absolutely amazing time, the site is really well kept and looked after with great owners. Very kind and helpful. We’re a family of 7 and the site was brilliant for all of us, lots of fields for the children to be children and run around and playing football etc. shower was great and having the washing machine on site was a bonus. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice break/holiday. Prices are great also. Thanks again from all of us

Arrived very damp after cycling through a lot of rain. It was fabulous to have access to the kitchen area and the washing machine. Great flat and well manicured grass area to pitch the tent on. We managed to leave some clothes behind which Andy very kindly sent on to us in the post. Such a kind and lovely person. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Booked very last minute (Thursday before the August bank holiday), spoke to Andy and he is a great character. Location is great, very rural but still close enough to both south and north coast plus Launceston is 10 minutes drive away. This site itself is beautifully mowed and flat, it is basic compared to others we have stayed at but is perfectly adequate for our needs. My boys loved the space and the cows and sheep in the field next door. Toilets and shower are clean and well maintained. Only thing I would note is the road leading directly to the campsite is extremely tight, just something to bare in mind if you have a trailor or caravan or even a big car. There is one shower which has a £1 charge for 10 minutes (bring cash in general if coming to Cornwall as even the parking machines are cash only). There are a couple proper toilets and a couple portaloos. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend if you want a peaceful, simple campsite that is good value.

Stayed in a little 2 man tent with a friend. Hosts were wonderfully kind and friendly. Showers and toilets were well kept, grass beautifully cut and well maintained, and this is the first campsite we’ve come across in the South West that’s affordable! (For 2 guys in a small tent at least!). This is exactly what a campsite should be! Very happy with our stay :)
