About Trevessa Farm

Tucked between Cornwall's north and south coasts, Trevessa Farm occupies a peaceful, sheltered spot on a working farm just four miles from both Hayle's sweeping sands and the historic beaches of Marazion. The three-quarter-acre site sits in genuinely scenic countryside, edged by a footpath that meanders down to the River Hayle, with horses and cattle grazing nearby and easy access to the South West Coast Path for walkers.

The pitching field is excellently maintained, offering electric hook-ups on grass and hardstanding, plus non-electric grass pitches for those seeking a simpler stay. St Erth's lively Saturday market—selling locally grown veg, homemade pies, fresh fish and organic meats—is a couple of miles away, making barbecues back at camp all the more appealing. The site can feel remote for those wanting shops and facilities on their doorstep, but that's precisely the draw for campers craving rural tranquillity within striking distance of St Ives, Sennen Cove and Cornwall's big-ticket attractions.

Amazing place to stay! We spent only one night there and wished we had more time. The campsite was very quiet, clean, and had a wonderful view. All the facilities were well maintained and worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

I must admit I didn't stay over but my Son and family had the Yurt and I visited them for the day. What a lovely place... The facilities are excellent, so clean and neat. Proper shower, little kitchenette and decent loo. Just for the Yurt, so nice and private. The views are gorgeous and apparently the beds are comfortable. It's a shame that the Yurt can't ventilate when shit as it was like opening an oven door. But it cooled down enough by bed time. The Yurt is surrounded by a large private plot with plenty of space to park, but there is no gate to enclosed the area which would be a bonus for those with fast moving toddlers bent on escaping.... Possibly deliberate to stop you letting a dog wander off lead.

A great campsite, good value and the farmer owner is very accomodating, polite and friendly. Clean showers and facilities. Very well located to get the park and ride train from St Erth into St Ives. Very well priced considering the proximity to St Ives. EHU pitches are on a bit of a slope, but not enough to be a bother. Lovely cows 🐄 ❤️

We visited this quaint town on our way around Cornwall for one night. The campsite is very small but quiet. We found many cows and horses. The campsite is a little steep, so book a gravel pitch or take a leveling block if you have a roof tent or van. We have a roof tent box and we had everything we needed: showers, toilets, water, and a dishwashing station, and electric hookup. It was quiet around us and not much noise, just the animals. We expected a little better view, but it wasn't a big problem. We would come back. It is dog friendly. #travelwithtentbox
