10 Mount Brioni

10 Mount Brioni is a first-floor apartment within a Mediterranean-style complex in Seaton, on South Cornwall's coast. Everything you need for self-catering is here: a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer in the kitchen; a 32-inch TV in the living area; and access to Wi-Fi throughout. Two bedrooms sleep four—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and there's a shower room. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided. The apartment sits seven steps above ground level and opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture and views across the water.

The complex occupies south-facing gardens where you can share the grounds with other residents. Parking for one car is on site. A minute's walk brings you to the coastal path; the beach itself is roughly 100 yards away, with rock pools, a stream running across the sand, and year-round fishing. Seaton village has a pub, bistro, shop and beach café. The Scylla, a sunken frigate in nearby Whitsand Bay, has made the area popular for diving. Inland, a country park in the river valley offers walking trails, a children's adventure playground and picnic spots. Golf courses at Looe and Whitsand Bay are within reach. No smoking is permitted in the apartment. One dog is welcome.
