The kitchen is separate, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and full-size fridge. One bedroom has a double bed; the other has bunks. The shower room is compact. Wifi and heating are included, along with bed linen and towels.

The apartment sits within a collection of Mediterranean-style buildings in Seaton village, on Cornwall's south coast. Parking for one car is on site, and you share access to south-facing gardens. The coastal path begins at the edge of the grounds; the beach is a short walk away, with rock pools for exploring and a small stream crossing the sand. Seaton has a pub, bistro, shop and beach café within the village. The area suits divers heading to nearby wreck sites, families wanting straightforward beach access, and walkers—a country park and nature reserve lie inland in the river valley, with a children's adventure playground alongside. No smoking inside the property. One pet is welcome.
