18 Mount Brioni is a duplex apartment within a collection of Mediterranean-style properties overlooking the Cornish coast near Seaton. The building sits on the first floor and contains everything on one level: an open-plan living and dining space with French doors to a balcony, a kitchen fitted with two electric ovens and a dishwasher, two bedrooms (one double, one with single beds), and a bathroom with both bath and shower. A second balcony, outdoor furniture, and a shared garden provide outdoor space. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—come as standard, and there is private parking for one car on site.

The coastal path runs within yards of the complex, leading down to a beach where rock pools and small fishing spots draw families and anglers year-round. Seaton village has a pub, bistro, shop and beach café within walking distance. The area suits divers exploring the nearby wreck of the Scylla frigate, walkers heading into the river valley nature reserve with its children's adventure playground, and golfers with courses at Looe and Whitsand Bay close by. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
