3 Mount Brioni

3 Mount Brioni is a ground-floor apartment in a small complex of Mediterranean-style properties in the coastal village of Seaton. Everything you need is on one level: a sitting room with Freeview TV, separate dining room, fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, a bedroom with kingsize bed, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, electricity and WiFi are all included; heating is electric central.

The apartment opens onto a south-facing shared garden with seating and furniture, where you can catch the evening sun. There is parking for one car on site. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The coastal path runs along the edge of the grounds, and the beach—backed by rock pools and a small stream—is a two-minute walk away. In Seaton itself you will find a pub, bistro, shop and beach café. The surrounding area offers country walks through a nearby nature reserve, children's play facilities, and access to coastal golf courses at Looe and Whitsand Bay. No smoking is permitted inside.
