7 Mount Brioni

The beach is 170 yards away, and the coastal path starts at the edge of the grounds. 7 Mount Brioni occupies its own ground-floor space within a cluster of Mediterranean-style apartments in the village of Seaton, on the south Cornish coast. Rock pools for crabbing, fishing spots, and a small river crossing the sand are all within easy reach. The village itself has a pub, bistro, shop and beach café; inland, a country park sits in the river valley with nature trails, a children's adventure playground and picnic areas.

The apartment has a king-size bed, a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan living space that combines sitting room, dining area and kitchen. You can cook proper meals with an electric oven and hob, or keep things simple with the microwave. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One parking space comes with the property.

A shared garden facing south catches the evening sun and has seating. Smoking is not permitted. One dog is welcome.
