Alyshan

Alyshan is a detached cottage on the owner's land, a short walk from the market town of Liskeard. You enter into an open-plan ground floor: a bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. Upstairs is the living space—a combined area with sofas, TV and DVD player, dining table, and a kitchen equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Electric heaters throughout and bed linen are provided.

Outside there is a garden with patio, furniture and barbecue, plus parking for one car on site. One dog is allowed and must be kept on lead. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Liskeard itself has independent shops and supermarkets four miles away. The surrounding countryside is good for walks; the coastal villages of Looe and Polperro are close by, and Whitsand Bay, Downderry and Seaton are within easy reach. The moors and cliff-top paths of both Cornwall and Devon are nearby, as are Lanhydrock and Cotehele (National Trust properties), Bodmin Farm Park and the Bodmin Steam Railway. The Eden Project is roughly half an hour's drive away.
