The patio and lawned garden make this an appealing base for a few days away. A shop lies 2 miles distant; pubs and restaurants are 3 miles. Beaches are 10 miles away, but the property works equally well for exploring inland—Bodmin Moor is close, as are the Eden Project and numerous gardens. Plymouth, Looe, Fowey and the north coast villages of Port Isaac and Padstow are all within reach. No smoking indoors.
