April Cottage

April Cottage comes ready for you to move in. Electricity, gas central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with a welcome pack on arrival. The kitchen is properly equipped—electric oven, gas hob, combi microwave, fridge and washer dryer mean you can cook a full meal or do laundry without constraint. A freezer in the utility room gives you extra storage. The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Downstairs, the living and dining room has a corner sofa, armchair and dining table with four chairs, plus a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed; Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The cottage sleeps four and is yours alone for the duration of your stay. One dog is welcome. There is parking for one car on site, and the property is non-smoking.

The location puts Padstow Harbour within a ten-minute walk, with Padstow Beach less than a mile away. St Georges Beach, Tregirls Beach and Hawkers Cove are all nearby. A pub is within a mile, and a golf course is also in the area. The garden has furniture for sitting outside.
