Fantastic value for money, with the perfect balance between helpful hospitality and all the freedom you need to enjoy Padstow on foot or the rest of Cornwall by bus. It turned out an ideal stop for travelling by public transport. Parking a car at the B&B is also simple, but it was a special treat to have so many possibilities without needing a car. Karen's suggestions helped us discover beaches and restaurants favored by the locals, after a breakfast tailored to alle needs, even lactose and dairy free. Compact, but very clean and comfortable, with sufficient space to relax inside as well as on the front deck.

Thanks to our host Karen, we had a lovely holiday. Steps away from posh restaurants and the marvelous view of the estuary. The location is wonderful, the room is clean and comfortable. Though the bathroom is very small, but we were outside most of the day so this hardly mattered.

Stayed here for a couple of nights over the new year. The owners Karen and Terry were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Room was a smallish double but it was comfortable and good quality. It wasn't ensuite but we had use of our own private large bathroom across the landing. Breakfast options were good with cereal fruit yoghurt up to a full English and lighter options. We were told we could come and go as we wished and could come back at any time. There's private parking at the rear or out on the street and it's well situated just up the hill from Padstow
