The Yellow House is a terraced property on the edge of Padstow village, a working fishing port with a scatter of independent shops, pubs and restaurants within half a mile. The ground floor is one open space: a living area with Freeview television, a dining section, and a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, combi microwave, and washing machine; French doors open onto an enclosed lawned garden with patio seating. Upstairs are three bedrooms—one double, two singles—and a wet room with shower.
The house sleeps four. Essentials including electricity, wi-fi and bed linen come as standard. On-site parking for one car is provided, and the garden offers privacy and outdoor space. Padstow is known for its seafood restaurants and sits close to several beaches; some within walking distance, others a short drive away, including breaks popular with surfers. The Camel Trail cycle route begins nearby and connects to Wadebridge. Tintagel, Port Isaac, Boscastle and Bude are all reachable by car, as are the Eden Project and Newquay further afield. No smoking is permitted inside the property.

Although situated in an ideal location to explore Padstow & surrounding area the house has had minimum maintenance to keep it up to a good standard for holiday lettings. As you can see from the pictures back bedroom window is blown as well as plaster in window recess also mould & damp patches in both back bedroom window apatures. The bathroom also has mould on the ceiling & window recess. When we arrived we found the electricity box door on the floor with the recycling bags (which you are told not to use & just put it all in the waste bin so we broughtour recycling home with us) & no sight of the key box, so contacted the phone number provided to find out i was speaking to the cleaner as the owner lives abroad i was then told the key box was in the back garden which I located then entered the house to only be disappointed by the lack of maintenance. I was glad we only paid under £300 & not over £1000 as it goes for in the summer months.
