Bian Bosdinek

Mevagissey Harbour is a working fishing village with restaurants, galleries and a beach—all within reach on foot or a short drive from Bian Bosdinek. This three-storey detached house was fully renovated and sits where the front rooms face out towards the water and coastline. It sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king on the first floor with an ensuite shower, a second king also on the first floor with a separate bathroom that has a roll-top bath, and a third bedroom on the top floor containing a double and a single bed.

The ground floor holds a living room with a smart TV, a dining room, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking (two ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer among other things), and a separate toilet. Electricity, heating, wifi and bed linen are all included. An enclosed garden with a patio and decking area sits at the back of the property, accessed from the upper floor. The house does not permit smoking. Parking is on the road outside; additional spaces are a four-minute walk away.
