Bounder House

Bounder House sits on the waterfront in Cawsand with unobstructed views across the bay. The property sleeps ten across five bedrooms plus a separate one-bedroom annexe, spread over four floors. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The main suite includes its own outdoor area, giving a private retreat within the larger house. The annexe works well for guests who want distance from the main group—useful for multi-generational parties or friends travelling together.

What sets this place apart is the leisure suite: a proper indoor pool with a resistance feature, spa pool, sauna, steam room and gym space. Folding doors open directly onto a sea-facing terrace, so you move between heated water and fresh air without fuss. The rest of the house is built around its coastal position. The kitchen and dining room open onto a private balcony; the lounge has a wood burner and its own balcony for watching sunsets. Outside, landscaped gardens and generous terraces overlook the water and are set up for eating or simply sitting. The beach is a short walk away for swimming and paddleboarding.

Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Smoking is not permitted. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Private off-road parking is available. Standard check-in is after 16:00, checkout before 10:00.
