Brigids Patch

Brigids Patch spreads across two floors with a layout designed to give guests space to retreat or gather. Downstairs there are two living areas—one with a fireplace and Freeview TV, the other opening onto a terrace—plus a dining room that leads to a patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom 1, a double, comes with an ensuite; a separate shower room serves the rest of the house. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is another double, while Bedroom 3 has two singles, making six beds in total across the property.

The garden is the real draw here—south-facing, extensive, with a deck and terrace where you can eat and relax. There's parking for four cars on site. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. The house sits in a quieter part of St Mawes yet within walking distance of the harbour and castle. The village has shops and restaurants within reach. Note that the approach to the harbour is steep, internal stairs are steep, and there are steps down to both patio and garden. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Non-smoking only.
