Summers View is a four-bedroom house that sleeps eight, positioned in St Mawes with views across the water and countryside. The accommodation is laid out on a single level, with a games room featuring a ¼ sized snooker table and a 40-inch television as the heart of the property. Three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms—the first has a super kingsize bed, the second a kingsize, and the third and fourth each contain two single beds. A further bathroom serves the rest of the house. The living spaces are split between a main sitting room with a 55-inch television and open fire, and a conservatory dining area; both have garden access and views towards the coast.
The kitchen is fitted with two electric ovens and a ceramic hob, alongside a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, making it straightforward to cook for a larger group. There's a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Throughout the property, essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are covered. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed. Outside, the garden has a patio, furniture and a barbecue, with private parking for three cars on site. The house is a ten-minute walk from St Mawes village centre. It does not permit smoking, and there are steps both to the entrance and within the garden.

Beautiful bungalow that I stayed in with my Boyfriend and his family for a week in mid June. Cute little harbour town with dog friendly beaches, a chippy, a pharmacy, nic nac shop, a fudge shop, a coop and a few pubs etc. Boiling the entire time so the balcony and outdoor chairs were lovely. The rooms were all a good size, comfy beds too and plenty of extra pillows/cushions etc. Good addition of a pool table and nice decor. Really nice place and would definitely stay again. It is situated at the top of a hill which wasn't really a problem for us though. Lovely views!
