This 19th-century stone cottage stands on a hillside overlooking the coast near St Mawes, with a front-facing seating area positioned to catch the water views. The building is warmed by an Aga and central heating, and contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors. Downstairs, the living room and kitchen/dining room both look out toward the sea, while a utility room handles laundry. One bedroom has a double bed; the other two have single twin beds. The house sleeps six.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with the Aga, a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A lawned garden sits to the rear with furniture provided, and there is parking for one car directly in front of the property. The cottage does not allow smoking. A four-minute downhill walk brings you to St Mawes harbour, beaches and shops. The property has a drop in the garden, wider-than-standard gaps between stair railings on the internal staircase, and steep spiral stairs elsewhere; visitors should assess whether the layout suits their needs.
