Chy-an-Brae

Newquay's beaches and seafront attractions are within walking distance of Chy-an-Brae, a substantial family house spread across three floors on Marcus Hill. The town centre's shops, restaurants and entertainment—from the zoo to the aquarium—are equally accessible on foot. Parking for two cars sits on site, and the enclosed courtyard provides a sheltered outdoor space.

The ground floor holds a living and dining area with a 65" TV and games, plus a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and all essentials for self-catering. A games room with pool table occupies the same level. Upstairs are six bedrooms: two with double beds and French doors (one opening to a balcony, one to a decked terrace), one with a kingsize bed, one with a bunk bed, and two with twin singles. Three bathrooms and ensuite facilities are distributed across the floors. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and bed linen are included. The house welcomes one pet and is equipped for younger guests with a travel cot, highchair and stairgates.
