Sandy Reach

Newquay sits at the heart of Cornwall's holiday coast, with beaches and the town's seafront attractions within walking distance. Sandy Reach occupies a converted chapel in this busy seaside town, part of a small cluster of holiday properties sharing the building. The conversion has kept the chapel's character—six-metre vaulted ceilings, tall arched windows and original archways—while adding modern comforts throughout.
The property sleeps six across three bedrooms, each with a super king bed that can be split into twins on request. Two bathrooms serve the bedrooms: one with a shower over the bath, one with a separate shower cubicle. Upstairs, an open-plan living area occupies the full height of the chapel space, flooded with light from the windows; a driftwood chandelier hangs above. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Beyond the main living area sits a games room on the same level, kitted out with a football table, bean bags and a vintage arcade machine loaded with classic games.
Towan Beach is a five-minute walk away; Fistral is slightly further. A pub stands within a mile. The town has a cinema, aquarium and golf course, plus the usual run of cafes, shops and restaurants. Bed linen and towels are provided. No smoking. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
