Clipper View
Cornwall
Portscatho harbour lies a short walk downhill from Clipper View, where the village's artistic community gathers around galleries and the working waterfront. Rosevine beach, golden at low tide and open to dogs year-round, sits just east along the coast. St Mawes, one of Cornwall's finest waterside settlements, is within easy reach to the west across the Falmouth Estuary.
The house itself spreads across three floors with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor holds a living room and kitchen-diner, both with woodburners, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the first floor contains a super-kingsize bedroom with ensuite and a twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. The second floor offers a double bedroom with its own shower room. All three bedrooms have television access. Outside, a south-facing garden and patio catch the sun through most of the day, with space for barbecuing and garden furniture already in place. Parking for two cars is provided on the property.
Essentials including bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are covered. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking. An external utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property does not permit smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Note that the garden includes steps.
