Trevellas

Trevellas is a thoroughly equipped cottage sleeping five, with everything needed for independent holidays provided. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized fridge; the sitting room contains a television, DVD and CD player, and an open fire for cooler evenings. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included, and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the external utility room. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The property comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors. Upstairs are a king-size bed, a twin room and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The ground floor living and dining spaces look out towards Gerrans Bay and Nare Head. Outside, a lawned garden with furniture sits between the parking area and the cottage, with further outdoor space at the rear. The village of Portscatho, with its harbour, shops, gallery and pub, is a short walk away. Two sandy beaches are within ten minutes on foot, and the South West Coast Path runs past the door. Smoking is not permitted inside.
