Cornish Hamlet - Station House

Station House is a converted cottage sleeping four across two bedrooms—a king in one room and bunks in the other—with one bathroom and an open-plan living area that works well for small families or couples. The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals, and there's a back garden with patio and barbecue for outdoor time. One car can park on site. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The cottage sits within a private development of seven holiday homes in countryside near Stithians, between Redruth and Helston. Stithians Lake offers water sports and trout fishing. Kennall Vale Nature Reserve, with its woodland walks and streams, is close by. Truro, the only city in Cornwall, is a short drive away. The area suits those wanting quiet rather than seaside bustle, with wildlife-spotting and walking the main draws.

No smoking inside. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
