Cornish Hamlet - Top House is one of seven properties within a private complex, each with its own grounds and parking. The village sits within reach of Redruth, Helston and Falmouth.

The house sleeps six across three bedrooms: a kingsize on the ground floor with ensuite shower, two singles and another kingsize upstairs. There are two bathrooms total. Downstairs is a living and dining space with doors opening to the garden, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are included, along with wifi and a welcome pack. A travel cot and highchair are available.

Outside, you have a patio with seating and barbecue, plus exclusive use of a hot tub for six. Bike storage is provided, and there is parking for one car. The wider grounds are shared with the other six homes in the hamlet. No smoking is permitted inside. One dog is welcome.
