Downderry, a quiet coastal village in south-east Cornwall, sits within easy reach of beaches and harbours. Deviock Farm House stands in the countryside just above it, a nineteenth-century property with three king-size bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for six people. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.
The ground floor holds a kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher and microwave, opening via French doors onto a gravelled terrace and garden with furniture and a gas barbecue. The sitting room has a woodburner and smart TV. Upstairs, all three bedrooms have king beds and smart TVs; the shower room is fitted with heated towel rails. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with initial fuel for the burner. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The real draw is the hot tub in the enclosed rear garden—large enough for seven—and the position that puts you a downhill walk from the village inn and harbour. There's free electric car charging and private parking for three cars. No smoking inside the property.
