Deviock Farm - Horseshoe Cottage

Horseshoe Cottage sits on Deviock Farm, a 3-acre working property near Downderry Village where guests can explore the grounds, collect eggs from the chicken house, and watch Cayuga ducks on the ponds. The cottage itself is spread across two floors with two king-bed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room and smart TV. Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and separate utility room, plus a dining area. Upstairs is a sitting room with views over the farmland and a Juliet balcony from the second bedroom.

Both bedrooms have TVs, and wifi throughout means you can work or stream as needed. Heating and hot water are included, as are bed linen and towels. The property has parking for two cars on site. One pet stays free, though ducks and farm animals are nearby so dogs will need to be on lead in places; two pet-friendly beaches are within reach if you want a change of scenery. There's an unfenced pond in the grounds, worth noting if you're travelling with small children. The cottage is non-smoking.
