Rural Cornwall between Perranporth and Holywell Bay puts you near some of the county's best beaches, with golf courses and cycle hire within easy reach. Dover Row Cottage is a semi-detached property accessed via an unmade lane, sleeping six across three bedrooms: a king, a double, and two singles. Two bathrooms serve the house—one with a bath and cubicle shower, the other a shower room. The whole place is yours alone; smoking is not permitted.

Downstairs, the living room has a woodburner (initial logs provided) and Freeview TV, while the dining room and kitchen occupy the rest of the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi are included. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

Outside, a lawned front garden and pebbled rear garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue give space to relax. There's a raised herb and salad bed, a bike store, and parking for four cars on site. A separate games room or summer house is available for guests. The shop is a mile away; a pub and restaurant are half a mile distant. Note there are eight steps in the garden.
