The living areas in the first-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen containing an electric oven/grill, four ring electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, Bosch washing machine, Miele dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with an Ultra HD 4K Smart TV with built-in streaming services on the Samsung Smart Hub including Netflix. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. A cot and highchair are provided, however guests are asked to bring their own cot bedding. Outside, there is a seaward facing communal garden and sheltered off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and beach, and within 1.1 miles, a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Golden Heights offers a family-friendly holiday home in Cornwall for four guests to enjoy a seaside escape. Note: Check-in at 4.00pm, check-out by 9.00am.
