Gracelands

St Ives Holiday Village sprawls across 100 acres of woodland on Cornwall's coast. Gracelands is a single-storey terraced lodge within this complex, offering a private base while you have access to the site's facilities. The village itself is a short drive away, known for its beaches, galleries and seafood restaurants.

Inside, the property sleeps four: a double bedroom, a twin room, and a sofa bed in the open-plan living space. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. A decked patio (accessed by a step) opens onto the grounds. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Parking is for two cars, and one small or medium dog stays free.

The shared grounds contain an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (open March to October; passes are required and charged separately). The site also runs nature walks and other activities during the season. This works well for families wanting a quiet base with the option of on-site amenities, or for couples seeking a break away from busier holiday parks. No smoking is permitted inside.
