The Camel Trail starts less than a mile away—a flat, traffic-free cycle route following an old railway bed towards Padstow or inland to Bodmin. Wadebridge itself has shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The north coast's most famous beaches at Rock and Polzeath are a short drive, as is Port Isaac, where the Doc Martin filming takes place. Bodmin Moor and the Eden Project are also close by.
Orchard Cottage is a ground-floor barn conversion sleeping four across two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with a full range of appliances for self-catering, a dining area, and a sitting room with television and DVD player. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. Outside, there's a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue, plus private parking for two cars. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The cottage is part of a small barn complex in Bodieve hamlet, a quiet spot about a mile from Wadebridge. No smoking is permitted. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

We stayed in The Granary, a lovely spacious 2 bed top apartment. Lovely and well equipped. Close to Wadebride, about 1 mile at the top of the hill on Rock road. Can't wait to return.

Great location, fully merits rating. We stayed in Goose House, although the smallest of the barns, more than adequate for two, comfy home from home feel, peaceful, warm & cosy (we stayed in November). Good nights sleep in a large comfortable bed, the cottage is spotless with quality fittings throughout. A friendly welcome from the owner was a nice touch. Would highly recommend and be glad to visit again.
