Great Bodieve Farm Barns - The Mill House
Cornwall

The Mill House is a converted barn at Great Bodieve Farm, near Wadebridge in north Cornwall. Built from stone and slate, it stands in a hamlet less than a mile from the market town itself, where you'll find shops, pubs and restaurants. The whole property is yours alone, with space for eight guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite: two rooms have double beds, and two have a pair of single beds. One couple or family group books at a time.
The ground floor holds a sitting room with a 37-inch television, a kitchen-diner equipped for proper cooking, and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue, plus parking for three cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property does not allow smoking.
Wadebridge sits on the Camel Trail, a traffic-free walking and cycling route that follows a disused railway to Padstow or Bodmin. The north coast beaches at Rock and Polzeath are a short drive away, as is Port Isaac. Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project and the dramatic cliffs near Tintagel all lie within reasonable reach. The beach is three miles south.

We stayed in The Granary, a lovely spacious 2 bed top apartment. Lovely and well equipped. Close to Wadebride, about 1 mile at the top of the hill on Rock road. Can't wait to return.

Great location, fully merits rating. We stayed in Goose House, although the smallest of the barns, more than adequate for two, comfy home from home feel, peaceful, warm & cosy (we stayed in November). Good nights sleep in a large comfortable bed, the cottage is spotless with quality fittings throughout. A friendly welcome from the owner was a nice touch. Would highly recommend and be glad to visit again.
