The Dairy House

The Dairy House sits in a location where the Cornish coast is minutes away on foot. A pub lies within a mile, and the beach is equally close—ideal for families planning days in the water or exploring the cliffs. The village of Lostwithiel itself offers shops and cafes, while Padstow (reached by a short ferry crossing from nearby Rock) has restaurants and galleries worth a visit.

This four-bedroom property sleeps eight across ground-floor rooms. The first bedroom has a super-king bed (convertible to twin) and an ensuite with walk-in shower; the second is a king with ensuite; two further bedrooms are twins sharing a family bathroom. There is a separate toilet by the kitchen. All showers have been recently refitted. The living spaces include a lounge with wood burner, a dining room, and a second sitting area with a large TV. Books and games are provided for quieter afternoons or evenings.

Outside, a patio and garden open from the main rooms. A charcoal barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven are ready for use. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included in your stay. The whole property is yours alone. No smoking is permitted.
