Everything is here for a properly equipped stay. Gweek Cottage comes with bed linen, towels, wifi, and electricity covered, so you arrive and settle in without arranging the essentials. The kitchen is fitted out for cooking proper meals rather than heating takeaways; a sitting room with Smart TV and comfortable seating faces across to the working boatyard on the Helford; and a dining table seats the whole group. The hot tub in the private courtyard is the thing you'll actually use at the end of each day.
The house spreads across two floors and sleeps seven across four bedrooms: two super-king rooms with en-suite showers, one king-size room, and a single, plus a family bathroom. Parking is off-road on the driveway. The village of Gweek itself is close by—The Black Swan pub and a shop are within reach—and the Lizard Peninsula and wider Cornish coast are nearby for exploring.
If you have a boat, canoe or paddleboard, there's a slipway for launching on the river from the property. Mooring options are available through the boatyard office. Note that launching typically works within a couple of hours either side of high tide, and the slipway suits boats up to roughly 24ft. No smoking indoors.

Wonderful cottage, home from home. My husband and I, (and the dog) loved our time at No 3. Home from home, very stylish comfort and more importantly an immaculately clean cottage. The host even gave us ideas of what to do and what was happening in the area and surrounding areas. We will be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is a superb cottage and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It's cosy, clean and comfortable, and the owner is super-welcoming! We've had such a relaxing week, enjoying the beaches and coastline. No.3 is right next to a well-stocked village shop and deli (we spent a lot of time here) and the pub (a lot of time here, too!). The owner gives you plenty of advice of how to plan your week which, for us, included a visit to the world-renowned Seal Sanctuary within easy walking distance. Enjoy!

Stayed at this lovely cosy cottage in early October, and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was included to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Perfect location to explore a vast range of activities, places and beautiful scenery. The local store is convenient, and fabulous too. Would definitely book again.
