Gypsett

Polruan sits on the Cornish coast where the River Fowey meets the sea, a working village with a pub within walking distance and coastal footpaths branching out in all directions. Gypsett is a two-bedroom cottage positioned at the heart of it, sleeping four across a double and a single with pull-out single bed. The whole place is yours alone.

Downstairs is one open plan space: living area with wood burner and Smart TV, dining area, and kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs holds both bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; initial logs for the burner come with the property. A small decking area with garden furniture sits outside. One dog can stay free of charge. No smoking inside.

The village has a public car park 150 yards away (chargeable). The cottage suits couples, small families or friends looking for a quiet base; children are welcome, as are cots and highchairs on request.
