Home Park Cottages - Number One is a three-bedroom cottage built and finished by its owners near Camelford in north Cornwall. The ground floor holds a living room with woodburner and smart TV, plus a kitchen/dining room with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine; French doors open onto a private enclosed garden with patio and barbecue. Upstairs are three bedrooms (one king, two pairs of singles, all with Freeview TV), a bathroom with both bath and cubicle shower, and a second toilet. The cottage sleeps six and accepts one pet.
The essentials are covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial logs for the woodburner. You get parking for two cars and a travel cot and highchair if needed. The garden has steps and the water comes from a borehole. Camelford's shops and pubs are two miles away; the north coast is a few miles further. From here you can reach Tintagel, Bude, Port Isaac, Padstow, Newquay, Bodmin Moor and the Eden Project. No smoking indoors.

Very spacious and comfortable. Great bath! Lovely garden for the doggies. A home from home. Can’t fault.

A lovely place to stay for a family. Roomy and clean with parking for at least 2 cars, 3 at a push (it does sleep 6 in 3 rooms). Only real issue we had were that the mattresses felt cheap and poorly supportive. Otherwise a great stay.

We are heading home today, after staying here for 4 nights. The whole cottage is beautiful, clean, warm and welcoming. We enjoyed it so much that on the third day we stayed in due to the weather not being great (which we don’t normally do) but with such a lovely cottage to stay in, it wasn’t a hard decision. I accidentally left my insomnia sensory device in one of the bedrooms and after a quick phone call to Jane, she found it for me and is posting it to our address. I feel like this really took our stay above and beyond. I can’t thank Home Park Cottages enough for our fantastic holiday and their brilliant customer service
