Kate’s Cottage

Kate's Cottage is a bungalow built on a single level, which means everything—bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living space—sits at ground floor. The layout keeps things straightforward for families or groups of six. Three bedrooms provide a king bed, a bunk with double and single, and a single bed; one bathroom has a bath with shower and separate toilet. A wood-burning fire warms the living room, where patio doors open onto the front garden, while the back garden is enclosed and comes with patio furniture.

The kitchen is fitted for self-catering: electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine mean you can cook properly or keep things simple. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. One well-behaved dog can stay free of charge. Parking for two cars sits on the property itself. Launceston lies inland from the north Cornwall coast, with countryside around it; Devon is within reach for a day trip.

No smoking indoors. Arrival is after 3:30pm, departure before 10am.
