La Grange

Penzance sits within reach of Cornwall's most dramatic coastline. From La Grange, you can walk down to a dog-friendly beach or into the market town itself within minutes. Mounts Bay's golden sweep stretches towards St Michaels Mount, and further afield lie Lands End, Lamorna Cove, Sennen Cove and the Minack Theatre—all short drives away. The surrounding hills hold coastal paths that wind between coves and past the remnants of tin mining and smuggling routes.

This detached family home has three bedrooms: a kingsize with ensuite shower, a double and a single. Two bathrooms serve the property, one with a bath and shower. Everything is on the ground floor. The living and dining space has a woodburner and patio doors opening to the garden; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. Parking for two cars sits on site, along with a bike store. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Essentials including bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are provided. The rear patio has garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. No smoking indoors. Check-in is after 4pm, checkout before 10am.
