Lazy Daize

Lazy Daize is a detached house on St Merryn Holiday Village, where a restaurant, bar and tennis courts are available to guests. The building sits on level ground, accessed by four steps, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeping up to six people. One bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite shower; the second contains two singles; the third has bunks. A travel cot and highchair are on hand for younger children.

The ground-floor layout centres on a combined living and dining room with Freeview TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Heating is provided by gas central heating. Bed linen and towels come as standard. An enclosed rear garden with patio, garden furniture and a barbecue overlooks the lawn, and there is private parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

St Merryn village itself, half an hour's walk away, holds shops, pubs and restaurants including a Rick Stein establishment. The coastline nearby features seven sandy bays within easy reach. Padstow, famous for its ferry to Rock and boat trips to Seal Island, is close by, as are the Camel Trail walking and cycling routes. Newquay's beach, zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium are also nearby. Smoking is not permitted in the property.
