Lilly’s

Lilly's is a converted barn on a working mixed farm in mid-Cornwall, between Launceston and Bude. The ground floor holds an open-plan living space with a wood burner, a contemporary kitchen with electric oven and hob, and a bathroom with shower over the bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms: a kingsize with its own TV, and a single room. Both have sloping ceilings. The property sleeps three and comes with bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity included; initial logs for the burner are provided too.

Outside, an enclosed decked patio with furniture and a charcoal barbecue opens onto a lawned garden. One dog stays free and can use the farm track running through the fields beyond the property; they must be kept on a lead as it's an active farm. There is parking for two cars on site. The barn suits families or groups of three, and anyone with a dog who wants to explore the Cornish countryside from their doorstep without having to plan a trip to the coast.
