Little Holme

Families and larger groups will find Little Holme works well—three bedrooms across three floors, three bathrooms, and a whole property to yourselves. The 19th-century cottage has been extended and updated without losing its character. A private road leads to parking and a rear garden, both unusual luxuries in these tight coastal villages. One dog is welcome to come along.

The ground floor has a double bedroom with its own shower room, plus a kitchen and dining space equipped for proper cooking: double oven, hob, dishwasher, and the usual smaller appliances. A sitting area with a log burner and bay window occupies the first floor, alongside another double bedroom with a freestanding bath. The top floor holds a twin room and shower room. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is also Wi-Fi. The front entrance opens onto a walled courtyard that catches the morning sun.

Cawsand and Kingsand sit on the coast, with the beach and a pub both within a mile. No smoking in the property.
