Torpoint's position on the Tamar estuary puts you within easy reach of the peninsula's best beaches and walks. Kingsand and Cawsand, with their sheltered coves, are roughly a mile and a half away by car or a longer coastal walk. The South West Coast Path runs nearby for bigger sea views, and the village pub sits a short walk from the house, with a shop equally close for daily needs.

Millbrook View is a three-storey property sleeping eight across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main living space is on the first floor: an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a wood-burning stove, opening on to a terrace and garden. A cinema room on the ground floor suits rainy afternoons, and there's a utility room for rinsing off beach sand. Bedrooms are split between ground and upper floors, with one upstairs bedroom featuring its own shower room and Juliet balcony. Outside, space includes grass, terrace seating, and a table tennis table. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The house takes one pet and is yours alone for the duration of your stay. Parking for two cars is off-road, with garage storage for bikes and boards.
