Lobster Pot

St Mawes sits on the Roseland Peninsula where the Percuil River opens to the sea, and Lobster Pot occupies the village centre with views across the water to St Anthony's Head. The cottage is close enough to walk to the beach and local shops, yet set back enough to feel removed from the bustle. Summers Beach is nearby, and regular ferries run to Falmouth and Truro from the village.

The ground floor holds two bedrooms: one with a double bed and walk-in shower, the other with twin singles and a cubicle shower, both with their own bathrooms. Upstairs, an open-plan living area with patio doors onto a Juliet balcony frames those sea views, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking rather than holiday shortcuts. A patio with seating captures the evening light. One small to medium dog is welcome. There is parking for a small car on the property, with a public car park two minutes away if needed.

Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. The cottage is non-smoking and sleeps four.
