A traditional staircase takes you to two first-floor bedrooms: one with kingsize bed, one with twin singles, both lit by picture windows and featuring the cottage's characteristic half-bonnet ceilings.

The property sleeps six across its three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside, a patio garden has furniture, a barbecue and pizza oven, though several steps lead down to it. One car parks on site. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. St Mawes centre and beach are moments away on foot—roughly 100 yards—making this a practical base whether you're here for swimming and coastal walks or exploring wider Cornwall. No smoking throughout. One well-behaved dog can stay at no extra cost.
