Manor Cottage

The North Cornwall coast around West Pentire offers immediate access to long beaches, rock pools and cliff-top walking. Manor Cottage sits in this quiet hamlet on National Trust land, a short walk from the sea and surrounded by headland paths that avoid roads entirely. The lively resort of Newquay, famous for its caves and surf breaks, is five miles away by the estuary. The Bowgie Inn, which serves food and local drinks, is nearby, and Crantock village with its shops lies a mile off.

The cottage is self-contained with its own entrance, sleeping four across two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and one with two singles that zip together. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle. Downstairs holds a living room with a 42-inch television and DVD player, plus a kitchen/dining room with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. A patio with garden furniture and barbecue opens from the house, and there is private parking for two cars. One dog is welcome. The property does not permit smoking.
