Bull Pen is a converted stone barn on a working farm near Truro, arranged over two levels with three bedrooms on the ground floor and living spaces upstairs. A king bed, double bed and bunk beds accommodate families or groups of six; two bathrooms serve the property. The first floor opens onto a decked area where you can sit out and watch over the surrounding fields and towards the coast beyond. One dog stays free, and essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered.
The main living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas with a multi-fuel burner, TV and Netflix access. A dishwasher, washing machine and utility room are practical additions for longer stays. Parking for two cars sits on site, and a bike store is available if you want to explore further afield. The property sits on an unmade lane in a quiet spot, which suits people wanting to escape rather than those looking for easy road access.
St Agnes village, a short drive away, has independent shops, pubs and cafés, while several beaches dot the north coast nearby. The setting works equally well for extended families, groups of friends, or couples wanting a peaceful winter getaway with their dog.

These two properties are very comfortable and well equipped for families through to couples. Modern and spacious. Super location for reaching many of Cornwalls super beaches and attractions. Many good pubs within 10-20mins drive. The hosts Lynn and Ross are so friendly and helpful plus you'll get to see their own herd of cows. Porthtown beach is 8-10mins and Perranporth is only 20mins drive away. A lovely holiday home tucked away for peace and quiet yet safe and secure for both your dog and young children. Worth a stay any time of the year!
